I booked a flight ticket via travolook on 4th June 2021 from Delhi to Raipur for dt 17th June 2021 and back on 20th June 2021. After some time I received a call that fare is increased so we are cancelling your tickets and you will get the full refund within 10-15 working days. They sent me a mail with the subject Your Booking is Cancelled with travolook.in: REF566345131. They also share me customercare mail id (support@travolook.in) and contact no (01246434800).
I made a call to customercare and also sent mail to support Id and they reverted that you amount will be credited to your account after 10-15 working days ie. on 25th June 2021. I made follow up on call and they ensured they will make the refund as per scheduled date on 25th June 2021.
Again on 25th they sent me a mail that due to some technical issue amount is not processed and your refund will reflect in your account in next 7-10 working days. When I made a call to customercare number they were not responding properly and not giving any proof that they have initiated the refund. When asked to connect me to your seniors so that I can get the reason for non-refund but they told me to disconnect and call on the same number and I will be able to speak to their senior. I call again after 5 minutes and same person picked the call and he told that our seniors are not available and you cannot talk to him and disconnected my call.
.I sent mail to them on 25th June 2021, 28th June 2021 and 5th July 2021 to know the reson for not transferring the amount but they have never revert to my mail even after reminders.
Subsequently I made a series of call to CustomerCare and they are not responding properly and most of the time they are disconnecting my calls. Total amount 9216/-
