REF295527090. My flight from Mumbai to Dehradun was cancelled and the refund of ₹6,613 was to be received within 7-10 days. The ticket booking date was 11th May 2022 and now it is close to a month and no refund as yet.
Spoke with the customer care several times and their answer is please wait for 7 days will be refunded and have also sent three reminders on mail but no revert.
These guys are frauds and with the complaints online against travolook it seems to be a fraudulent company.
I am also filing a Police complaint against them at the local police station.
Fraud company , I booked ticket to Delhi on 5Jume 2002 vide ref number 58677912 at 9 30 pm and the card got charged. As requested waited for 15 mins for the tickets and in no time got a revert booking was cancelled.
Well they said refund will be given in 7 working days but reading the past history and remarks doesn’t seem like. I know the top people of Vistara- airline which I booked but let’s wait and see. I will surely take them to court and stop Vistara dealing with them.
Pathetic customer service on call too . CS representative is just parroting the usual words and not listening to the customer.
Advice/ Please do not book through them .
