I booked my flight from Flipkart travel for the date 27th April 2021 from Ahmedabad to Calgary via Delhi- Vancouver. Two days back Canadian government declared all flights from India are canceled for 30 days so I need to reschedule my flight. I called the airlines for the rescheduling the flights but they requested me to contact the travel agent i.e. Flipkart. I called the Flipkart customer care unit for the rescheduling for a minimum of 7-8 times but they are really giving me hard time.
After that anyhow I got the new schedule flight from Air Canada Airlines for the flight New Delhi to Vancouver and told Flipkart to reschedule my other two flights i.e. from Ahmedabad to New Delhi and from Vancouver to Calgary but they are answering it cant be done from our side contact airline for this.
It is my request to please look into this matter on urgent basis as my rescheduling of other two flights is still remaining and if that flights got departed from here on 27 April 2021 then it will cost me more Rs 50000.
