I had initiated a refund for my Spicejet ticket that was cancelled from their end on 15th Aug 2021
..There has been no response since then

I have booked a flight ticket on 19th January and it got cancelled from airlines due to fare expiration.
The site said that there was some technical issue and cancelled my ticket and promised that they would refund within 15-20 days. I have called them many times and they say that they have initiated a refund and are asking me to check with my bank.
When I ask them about the transaction details, they don’t even provide that to me. Also, when I call them back, they ask me to wait for another 7-10 days which is really not acceptable.
Please help me out.
