- I had booked 2 tickets, one from Banglore to Goa on 17th April 2020 and the other from Goa to Banglore on 21st April 2020.
- The flight had to be cancelled due to the current covid situation.
- It has been 2 months now and I still havent received the refund.
- Everytime I raise a query I get automated replies, they never receive the call as well.
- It is not a small amount, how long do you expect me to wait?!
- If I contact the air Asia airlines they tell me to contact paytm cause the booking was done through paytm.
