I booked flight from travolook.in on 1st of December for Kolkata to Varanasi scheduled for 5th December but the payment from the company side got struct with the reason that ‘ because of some issue from carrier (indigo) we couldn’t process so you will get the refund in next 7-10 working days’.
But it’s been more that 12 working days and i still haven’t received the refund or the transaction confirmation from there side .
