Had a booking with travolook for 14 oct 2022 but its is auto cancelled and I received a mail that flight is cancelled and refund will be done, but I have not received any refund. This happened to me 1 more time. In last year I have booked ticket in june and it get auto cancelled and after so many followups I got refund in 1 year and in travolook wallet. My money is stucked in Wallet that is why I booked flight again with adding 3k . But again flight got cancelled. Now my 8.5k stuck with this. Every time Iam calling to customer care they are saying for 24 hrs
