I have booked a flight from vns to idr and then back to idr to vns via delhi which got cancelled from their side because of corona issue or whatsoever reason. I was supposed to get full refund amount deducting only convenience charges which travolook is charging 150 but after a months of wait for my refund amount which is still pending ,I got an email saying that 750 per person is being deducted from my paid amount without any reason claiming it to be convenience charge even though flight from both the end got cancelled on its own..I paid 27,720 while booking and I am getting 24,720 without any reason,3k is being deducted from travolook which claims to be genuine and trustworthy but as per my advice travolook is frauding people charging and deducting enough amount from the customers..
