I booked a ticket from Travolook website (https://www.travolook.in/) company on 6th of july 2022. The amount got debited from my account, but i did not receive any confirmed ticket due to issue at the travel company end ,then i received an email saying that my entire amount would be refunded in 7 working days. But it has been 22 days and i have not received any solution. The customer care team receives the call and talks harshly. The say to wait again for a week.
