Text of Complaint by Raj Sisodia:

Flight got delayed by 6+ hrs and no concrete reason by the ground staff.
They inform us via message 30 hrs in advance that the flight will be delayed and on customer care call they mentioned due to operational reasons when I asked what operational reasons they were completely clueless. They have 30 hrs to solve operational. It’s a simple corruption practise where there intentional delays or cancellation will
Force passenger to pay high amount for last minute ticket purchase from Other airlines
Disgusting customer care
Never ever will I book alliance for my travel and my sincere advise to all the readers please don’t
