Hi there,

I booked flight through GOIBIBO to fly to Phuket from Sydney.

Me and my family were supposed to fly on 9thJan21 via Airasia booking reference number F1LFHM but because of Covid19 our flight was cancelled. We were never been informed by ph or email that flight is cancelled and your money will refunded or you will get credit for travel in future bookings.

I have tried contacted GOIBIBO several times through emails and tried there ph numbers nothing works. Can you please help in getting this resolved as I am frustrated with these guys as they are not returning my money. I am attaching details of my travel and money they need to return.
