I had booked a flight for my brother MD TAAZ from Mumbai to Delhi and Delhi to patna.
Mumbai to Delhi 24/03/2020 Indigo PNR FGL47P.
Delhi to Patna 25/03/2020 Goair PNR B3L6TI
Flight got cancelled due to lockdown.
I have requested since the cancelled date for full refund but they are not ready to refund as my ticket was on refundable basis they are giving credit shell which I don’t require I need only full refund as I don’t know we will travel or not in future so we will be not able to use credit shell. So kindly plz refund my full amount.
