10112226095 was the booking id for Kolkata to Nagpur Indigo.
Due to Pandemic, the flight we had to cancel and as per later Government guidelines, the air lines Indigo confirmed full refund of 14210 INR. However paytm has not refunded the money yet even after more than two months, first saying unable to credit money to wallet and then asking for bank details. The bank details were provided and multiple follow up s done but the money is yet to be received. Please help.
