Hi There,
I’m writing this mail in response to the cancellation of my flight booking with reference ID REF015897779, from New Delhi to Ranchi on 19th September and Ranchi to New Delhi on 25th September.
The very same day (19th August) I got a call from Travolook informing me that an amount of Rs/- 4,310 will be refunded in the next 7-8 working days. It’s been 16 working days now and there is no communication from the travel agent.
