My flight on the date 19th October, 2021 was cancelled and Airasia being my travel flight had refunded the money 9645/- to my travel partner i.e. PAYTM.
Now every time I call Paytm helpline within few days gap regarding my refund to be processed to my account via UPI by Paytm, all I get in answer is that we have forwarded it to our team and we are looking forward to help you, etc, etc.. but no sights of any e-mail regarding the
confirmation of my refund or tentative date is given.I have submitted the proof of Airasia refunding the amount to Paytm via Paytm Chat where I haven’t even received any reply by Paytm care.
I am seriously pissed off seeing this careless behavior by Paytm.
I have no other option than taking a legal action left.
