I have booked a ticket through Via.com based on google flight listing/suggestion vide their Booking ID. FMNAF39PW5RLM with Oman Air PNR: MDBYVZ for Delhi-Doha Flight scheduled for 16/05/2020. The flight was cancelled due to Covid. I went to Oman Air local office and got the ticket open and was informed that I can utilize the tiket till 30th June, 2020 for any booking. Recently, when I visited to re-book the ticket, it was informed that the amount was refunded to Via.com through Oman air Mumbai Office. Telephone calls are unattended and emails not responded when we treid to reach them for complaints. It appears that the company has got refund from all airlines, and are not repaying to customers.
