i booked a flight ticket of air india on 06 march 2020 by using paytm for travel on 29 april 2020. but due to covied all flights cancelled. after some time on the judgement of supreme court airindia started to refund. i called for refund to air india they told me between air india and me paytm is there so paytm should apply for refund application number. i called paytm customer care on 19 december 2020 for booking id 10490333601 and told to process refund . after that day i called many time (more than 15 time ) but still i have not got my refund.
i will never use paytm never suggest anyone to use paytm. till today paytm not applied for refund application number. what is your grievance redressal policy? i am get rid of it.
take my problem seriously and make my refund within 03 days either i will see paytm in the court.
