Hi
I had booked tickets from Bangalore to istanbul via Kuwait with Kuwait airways for 15th April 2020, due to covid, it was cancelled so i was asked if i would like to postpone the trip. I booked for 3rd June 2020, and again the flights were cancelled. Its more than 2 months i have been trying to mail VIA.COm, for refund. its not a small amount, its tickets for 5 ppl, Kindly let me know how can i receive my amount I am attaching the first tickets and also the extra amount paid for re changing the dates
