I have booked a ticket on 3 Oct 2021 for 26 dec 2021 and since they have not provided the ticket I have asked bank to hold the payment but since then payment has reached the merchant. And after a week I have got the ticket also. On boarding day of flight we came to know that tickets has been cancelled and refund has been credited to travel genio account
