Sir/Madam,
I had booked a ticket for travel from Pune to New Delhi via Go Air (G8 172) travel date 21/05/21. Apparently, Go Air had cancelled that flight and accordingly refund claim had been initiated by the undersign. Till date, the amount had not been refunded by M/s Make My Trip, instead they are just buying time and asking irrelevant questions, despite being follow up with Customer Care and social media.
