I booked ticket on 22-Nov-20 to travel Bangalore from Lucknow on 20-Dec-2020. On 14-Dec-2020 I got call from airline saying that my flight has been canceled due to technical issues and refund will be initiated to original mode of payment. But travolook is has took my payment in there account then paid to airlines. Now my refund from airline went to travolook and they are not refunding it. Every time I call them they tell it will get credited to your account within 7 working day. Its been more than 3 months when I raised refund request with them. But till now I did not get refund. Please help me to get my refund.
