I have booked my ticket from Bangalore to kathmandu of 24th march but due Covid-19 crisis Nepal Airline cancelled the flight and after contacting they asked to call flipkart for refund.but from that day flipkart customer care is not reachable and they are not replying to even my email. Its been more than 20 days now. My booking Id is FF2003186259821.
