I booked a flight from Delhi to Bhubaneswar on the Sunday, 18th December. My flight was for 2nd Jan. On 29th Jan, I get a call saying that my ticket PNR has been aborted by the airlines as it was a special rate PNR. I was told that I would receive a full refund for my ticket in the next 5-6 business days. Since the day the PNR got aborted it has been 45 days. I have called their customer care at least 10 times and they have told me the same sob story that they will look into it, I will receive my refund in 24-48 hours. I have sent them at least 7 emails and all they reply is that they need more time to process my query.
I am frustrated and fed up, I do not know where to go.
This is a fake company selling fake plane tickets.
Requesting someone to help me so I can get my refund.
