I Ajay Kumar I booked a flight ticket from veertrip’s travel pvt Ltd with Jammu to Srinagar sector on 16 dec 2023 and the ticket was not issued but the payment was deducted from my account. Then I contacted to the customer care service of Veertrip’s pvt ltd they told that the ticket has not been confirmed and we will initiate the refund and it will get reflected to same account within 48 hours. Now it’s 10 days left now I have not received the refund amount yet. I am calling from last 4 days to the veertrip’s customer service number +91-8669977720 but they are not responding my calls now.
I request to all please be aware and don’t book the tickets from veertrip’s application or website it looks like a fraud as I have seen more then 20 complaints against to the veertrip’s pvt Ltd with the same query.
Don’t foolish the hard earned money of the people and refund my payment as soon as possible
