Dear Sir/Madam,
I have booked my flight tickets having Booking I’d no.- 221016615938 on dated- 16/10/2022 at 8:45 AM from Patna to Chennai and round trip from Chennai to Patna. It is to inform you that after 55 hr. my tickets is not confirmed, status is pending. I have communicated with your toll free no many times but they can’t help regarding this matter.
On 18/10/2022 (around 10:25 AM) my ticket is Cancelled from your end (that is Flipkart team)
After cancellation of ticket Refund amount is not received till date 27/10/2022. ie.(after 9 Day & 9 Hr.)
Your customer services person/ senior commerical executive give only complaint no:-

but not any action taken regarding refund of my tickets refund amount.
Kindly look into the matter and do the needful on priority basis.
