I have booked a round ticket from Pune to Kolkata on 1st of May from Travolook website, as soon as payment done & booking done, I got a call from one of travolook’s representative telling that due to some technical issues your booking got canceled and we are refunding your amount.
It’s been almost more than 20 days and till date i haven’t received any refund amount. Whenever I contact customer care of travolook, they usually says that your amount refund is initiated 2 days back and it will reflect in your contact within 7 to 10 working days and this goes on and on.
