On 16th of November 2021, I Manya Tripathi purchased a flight ticket from travolook.com from Goa to Delhi of INR 7424 with booking id: Ref364495579 and Email id: manyatripathi1239@gmail.com
Subsequently, I was informed via mail that the ticket was in processing, and that I must wait for 30 minutes. After that too elapsed, a mail notified me that my reservation was “cancelled due to an operational reason” and that a refund will be provided post “10-15 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Gazetted holiday)..”.
Later, I found on searching online that thousands of others have been duped by this service, which extracts money in this fashion and refuses or attempts to delay refunding the amount using classical delaying tactics. They harass consumers and siphon a large percentage of the total money off in this way. The trick is to use fake profiles to highlight quick refunds (when that is not the case), alongside making people accept inordinate delays after having set up a customercare system which placates customers with the same empty promises.
Now it has been 2 months since they delay my refund and asking to give it in wallet so that we cannot further withdrawal our amount and get into another scam so they could slowly ingest the money but cutting charges on each booking.
Therefore I want my refund as this site is a fraud into my source bank account from where the transaction initiated.

It is a fake company that is doing fraud with 1000s of people who do not know how to seek legal help and do not complain after thier fake promises to return the money in next 1 week everytime we call the customer care.
Please I kindly request the consumer complaint team to verify and take action so that this fraud could come to an end and I get my money back.
