Dear Sir/Madam,
I had booked a flight from Goa to Gorakhpur from Makemytrip. The flight was first from Goa to Mumbai by Go Air which was initially scheduled at 6:40 am on 20th Nov, 2020 and from Mumbai to Gorakhpur by spicejet which was scheduled at 10:55 am on the same date.
The GoAir flight which was scheduled at 6:40am was rescheduled at 12:40 pm and there was no communication from Make my trip about the change in timing. Due to the shift in time my parents missed the spicejet flight from Mumbai. I had paid Rs. 18034/- for the flight and when I called MakeMyTrip for the MakeMyTrip they were reluctant to help me and told me to book another flight which was way too expensive. I have to lose my money because of MakeMyTrip. Please help me get my refund.
