Dear sir/ma’m,
I have booked a flight from Bangalore to Raipur for 9 members via paytm which has got cancelled due to server issue it seems as communicated by Paytm customer care staff. Money 51615₹ has been blocked and the refund will take 14days which is causing trouble for me to go ahead with flight booking via other options as I am dependent on the money which got blocked for the bookings. It becomes tedious if the money is blocked for 14 long days. Concern is that of this is the terms & condition then it should have been given a pop up saying that this could happen before I initiate the booking via paytm. Anyways it would be helpful if Paytm consider this request and understand the genuinity of the issue and process the refunding within a day or 2. Quicker resolution will be really appreciated.
