I had booked flight from happyfares.in but today I got an automated mail that my booking has been cancelled. I checked for the PNR on flygofirst.com but my booking validation failed, there is no such PNR. There was no actual ticket just an itenarary sent to me. I had not put any cancellation from my end but I got reply feom the customer sypport that the flight cancellatiom request was put feom my end which is false.

I have booked a flight from Happyfares day before yesterday. Got a PNR. Didn’t think it was fishy but just Googled their name and found this complaint. I just checked the PNR on airline’s website and it is showing Booking Validation failed. I think I might soon receive a similar email of ticket cancellation without having cancelled it.

@utkars agarwal were you able to travel on the ticket booked on happyfares? are they genuine are fake?
