I had booked 4 tickets return on 9th Feb (CCU-JDH) via travolook.in.
5/8 tickets got cancelled after my amount was debited and the reason so stated was “Airline was unable to generate the PNR”
The refund amount was promised to get reflected within 3-4 days. I have contacted the customer care several times and have been told that the same would be done in 2 days time, 7 days times and is being delayed due to some technical glitch.
Till date I have not received my refund against 5 cancelled tickets.
