I used this website called travolook to book my air ticket. Just as the payment was done, they called me saying that airline has hiked the price by 980 rs. I told them that I do not wish to pay the hiked amount. So they said that they will initiate a refund in my bank account. They haven’t send me any confirmation on my refund process. When I called on their number, they said they will send me a email soon and the customer service girl seemed completely unaffected and unresponsive to my request.
