I booked the flight from Travolook on 22 of Feb from Delhi to Bangalore. The money Rs. 4100 got debited but i did not receive any reference number or ticket confirmation email. And since then I have been writing several mails to their customer care ID and I have spoken to almost 10-11 customer care representatives requesting for my refund. Every time, I receive the standard response that amount would be refunded. Customer care is cutting the call and not giving any response.
