Reqesting for take some decidive action
I booked flight on 20 dec 2022, 1/2 half hour later I got call from this website, saying that this is promotional tickets are sold out, and the sales person told me we are initiating your refund amount,
But till now I haven’t received any amount yet by the website, and now they did not picking any call
