I am getting flash messages ( Class o message) several times on my phone. This disturbs me since it pops-up all time when I try to make a call, try to check SMS message, etc.
I have sent SMS STOP ANOW to 58234 several times but still getting the flash messages.
I have also registered for DND long time back.
I have also tries stoping SIM toolkit but still getting flash mesages.
Lastly I have also called your customer care as well and they said they can’t do anything else. This is very rude. First of all I have never asked for this flash service then why are you sending it? Also this is a serious privacy breach by airtel.
Please resolve this ASAP or else I will drag you to consumer court! Please consider this as serious.
