Flan Shop had flashed a deal of Office chair @1499 on facebook and I placed an order by making payment on their website flanshop.in with payment gateway link of Razorpay cards_upi_netbanking_wallets_ on 30 Dec with order no 1207. To date, neither product shipment details were shared nor the product. There hasn’t been any response to the emails written to them at support@flanshop.in. Please take necessary action on this company as a payment gateway service provider.
