I had ordered a bunch of flowers like all do for Feb 14. Order number 1200205267. There are couple of issues.
1. They accept the order even though they don’t have the network to deliver.
2. They falsely mark orders as delivered.
3. The refund process is again painstaking. You have to followup with them.
4. They also charged me all kinds of premium possible for Feb 14 – I am fine, as long as they deliver it.
This is customer service at its poorest, why to pay money and get stuck talking to them. Rather Dont order on this site.
