I had taken broadband service from Airtel in Feb’20 for the 3-month plan. I had requested several times Airtel support 121@in.airtel.com not to renew my broadband service from April’20. But they renewed my broadband and I had denied making renewal payment, but they started to send alerts and then send a message that my mobile voice call service will get disconnect if I don’t pay the renewal bill. Every day Airtel employees were calling for payment and in each call, I had to explain to them that I hadn’t wanted to continue with the service. I didn’t want to deactivate my voice call service, so I had made payment Rs. 3682 renewal charges. I had to keep requested them to disconnect and refund my amount, but they communicated they will refund only Rs.1800 and asked my bank details for a refund. But, they haven’t made any refund yet even after 6 months. Their customer support is not reachable on calls. They are the worst.
Please can you help to resolve this issue Airtel Broadband?
