hello sir / madam

Last month I had reached Bangalore and contacted your airtel executive puntih who is in collection incharge to recharge my wifi and then asked him about the wifi payment for which I was charged for a month extra .. where I was in native by then and then last Saturday again I spoke to the executive punith and their manager and they both told put a mail or talk to executive on 121 for one month amount wave off . Then I called 121 executive and spoke to them and explained them and then they transferred the call to executive and they spoke to me and told okk sir u pay the amount of one month now I’ll activate ur wifi and rest will get waved off.. and then I was okk and then paid online 1295 and the net worked and next eveng they told it will get reflected in thanks app but it din and on Monday got another call stating that I have asked for wave off and the reason and I explained them again and they also approved it on call ..later from yesterday my net stopped and saw a message that my wifi services are suspended and now when I called airtel the supervisior ( divya ) is asking me to again pay the levied charges of the month which I din use and was in native and is telling there is no update on my case …sir the airtel team has done the mistake and now why should I make the payment
