I am an Airtel customer for many many years now.
For the past few weeks, the broadband wifi connection is functioning in an intermittent manner. Sometimes it goes off altogether and sometimes it slows down to the extent that the web pages do not open.
Have escalated the complaint to customer care who detailed local service providers to check and report. They did come promptly but they could not rectify.
There seems some problem at the backend. Please rectify the problem as early as possible.
