I did not get any response for below disconnection request even after several days but I am getting messages that you will generate new bill next month.
There is no option to cancel in your Airtel app and no option in your customer service number 121 or 040 4444 4121 to reach human agent or to cancel service..
I went to the Airtel stores also as they are open today and they are not accepting cancellations.. They asked me to send email to this email id only for customer service..
Please stop harassing me and stop my connection as my 6 month contract is ending this week. Please don’t generate any new bills for me as I am cancelling the service.
