I have an fixed line broadband band connection at my home in Chennai .. number 04445548460..
I had not used it for some time and as I understand due to non payment of Bill it was cut, but now even though I had paid the bill 1 month back the service is not resumed…
Worst part is there is no one I can complain to.. The 121 system says number is wrong and cuts, the Airtel showroom gave me a mail id to which I have mailed but not even and acknowledgment received back if someone has taken up the matter…I have no way of giving any request on the Airtel thanks app..
Such unprofessional attitude in this digital age is dismal and annoying.. That customers are made to talk to computers and left to fend for themselves
Can I get any feedback on the issue and resolution
