For the past 3 days my internet is not working and I had filed a complaint on 24th May. Since then I have called the helpline number multiple times but the issue has not been resolved till date.. Every time I call someone at the helpline desk tells me to wait for 3-4 hours, after that I call them again and they tell me to wait for another 4 hours, and this process has been going on and on.. I never knew that Airtel has such pathetic service. This amounts to serious mental harassment..
