- My name is Anish saini I have a fixed landline connection nàme of alka saini and my landline no is 011-41009807 . Registered mobile no is 9811104054 , complain is very poor service given by airtel service department. Always problem with the line ,handset showing line is busy ,no internet speed . I really fed-up with the airtel . Every week I complain in the service department person comes quickly at my home but didn’t give permanent solution by his side. So my kindly request to you either given better permanent solution or remove the connection as soon as possible. Your airtel line box fixed outside my street on the piller and no cover on the box it’s opened in the rainy season. So you will be understood what is the main problem.
