Ordered 2 items from FirstCry on 2nd, in which one of the item was supposed to be delivered the next day, it got extended to 4th, then 6th and now to 8th. Even then no response from the seller. No updates.
When contacted the customer care, they informed due to heavy rain.
I am in Chennai, where the product is also is. And can confidently say there was no rain in past one week, that could have effected the commute/transportation in the city
