Dear Team,
I have changed my region from Mumbai to Chennai,
But I unable to do first recharge like 197,297 or 497 at airtel store itself.
Whenever, I call to customer care they keep on saying we will fix the issue and raising the complaint with high priority, this what happened last 10 more times but till now the problem is persist.
from the 26th dec 2019 they blocked my incoming and outgoing call also..
They always close my complaint, without my feedback also there is no any intimation call while closing the ticket.
I unable to pay my personal needs due to this issue, also I lost my project value is aprox 2 lakh. this has been already informed to airtel customer care department.
Kindly inform me, if airtel unable to fix this issue, I will switch my network immediately, for that airtel should relieve my number immediately without any due date.
