I ordered a phone from Amazon on 16 th of july and its estimated delivery date was 19th of july but it got delayed with a note that the delivery agent tried to contact me but in real i didn’t got any call from him. Then on the next day ie 20 th july it was again rescheduled for delivery but the delivery agent refused to deliver my order and instead of my order he presented multiple excuses for not delivering the order. After which I reached amazon customer care i called them 7-10 times but got nothing but same old excuses they were not at all helpful. They told me they’ve highlighted my order and have raised a complaint for the same and my parcel will be delivered within 9-10 hrs but i got nothing. Then on the next day ie 21st of july i got cancelled without my consent and knowledge. Delevery agent returned my order to the seller marking it as returned by recipient but i didn’t asked him to return my order. I’m done with Amazon please help me out
