Dear Sir/Madam
My company booked an courier service (First Flight) but i have not received any parcel, after 4 days when i have not received any parcel from courier service , i tracked it with POD details and i found my courier is returned to origin without any contact to me
i have not received any call from first flight Representative or no one tried to contact me and no one visited my place to deliver courier. very poor service.
its important documents for me now i am very depressed
