I have ordered Eterno Smartwatch black silver colour but I have received different colour so I have asked for replacement. Even after replacement they have sent wrong product to me finally they agreed to provide me the refund now it has been already more than a month but still they are not providing me any refund.
Seems like fireboult is a fraud company and looting people.
Kindly take a necessary action on them.
