I bought a smart watch(fireboltt ninja pro max) on 1st of march i ordered it online and it is a fitness and sports watch so i kept wearing it while playing and there is no issue caught just minimal scratches which is not a big issue but someday the watchs display started flickering in august but touch response is working so there is nothing done from my side i called customer care they said visit service center i visited there they said your watch has scratches so we can’t do anythiny.
What the hell
If we wear this watch regularly then there will be scratches but why the display is not working and after that they are not responding to me as well.
Now i want please just repair or replace my watch i want is a working smart watch in my hand.that’s it
